On January 16th, 2023, Israeli occupation forces shot 14-year-old Amer Khaled Lufti Al-Khamour in the head with live ammunition around 5:40 a.m. in Dheisheh refugee camp outside of Bethlehem.
Amer was transferred to the Arab Society Hospital in Beit Jala in a private car and was pronounced dead at 1:15 p.m.
Since the very start of 2023, Israeli forces have shot and killed 14 Palestinians, including 4 children, in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
